Citrus Seaweed Salt Scrub
  • One sheet of sushi seaweed crumbled
  • Half a cup of sea salt
  • Juice and inner flesh of half a lemon
  • Half of an avocado
Mix and apply using a washcloth your bare hand, or a scrubbing mitt. Rinse thoroughly. Banishes scales and moisturizes naturally.

Ginger Cold & Flu Bath Take an inch of fresh ginger and grate it into a piece of cheesecloth. Run a very hot bath over the ginger. Let the bath cool until a comfortable temperature. Soak for 15-20 minutes. Wrap up in a hooded robe or a warm blanket and sit quietly for half an hour.

Foot Soak Warm water to fill a basin half full.
  • Half a cup of epsom salts.
  • Half a cup of baking soda.
  • Five to seven drops of essential oil such as juniper, lavender, chamomile, orange, melissa, lemongrass, geranium. Or your own favourite.
After soaking dry the feet gently and moisturize with something wholesome such as organic coconut oil.
