Citrus Seaweed Salt Scrub
Ginger Cold & Flu Bath Take an inch of fresh ginger and grate it into a piece of cheesecloth. Run a very hot bath over the ginger. Let the bath cool until a comfortable temperature. Soak for 15-20 minutes. Wrap up in a hooded robe or a warm blanket and sit quietly for half an hour.
Foot Soak Warm water to fill a basin half full.
- One sheet of sushi seaweed crumbled
- Half a cup of sea salt
- Juice and inner flesh of half a lemon
- Half of an avocado

- Half a cup of baking soda.
- Five to seven drops of essential oil such as juniper, lavender, chamomile, orange, melissa, lemongrass, geranium. Or your own favourite.
