In order to sit for long periods of meditation it is desirable to have a strong base. Posture is one of the keys to energy flow. Love My Zafu is a traditional zafu hand crafted using recycled textiles. A medium weight zafu is filled with Canadian wheat bran. If you have a sensitivity the shell is also available without the fill. It is recommended that it be filled with flattened oats or the bran or hull of a suitable grain.
