hand processing

Small batch hand processing ensures the strictest of quality control. Each batch is precisely hand measured to result in a 7% superfatted treatment bar. The solution of oils is mixed by wooden paddle in a crock. Additional layers are mixed every three hours then hand poured and insulated for 24 hours before being unmolded. The raw soap is cut after another 24 hours. Bars are stored in a dark, cool soap chamber and turned every three days until the organic fats have been transformed into an all natural spa treatment bar.

Water is such a miraculous substance. In the structure of the water molecule is found the smallest and interestingly enough the strongest geometric structure, a triangle. This triumvirate is created from two atoms of hydrogen bonded to one atom of oxygen.
The ever vacillating bond allows for the creation of many systems of association. Herbs can be infused into water, salts can be dissolved in water, and we respire water in every breath. It is the penultimate requirement of the body, and second only to the air that we breathe in importance.
